Angela Gossow Urach

Angela Gossow grew up in Cologne with three other siblings. Her parents divorced when she was 17. Her parents' business also failed, adding to her financial troubles. Her situation was further complicated due to being bulimic or anorexic. Gossow, who was the lead singer of ARCH ENIY until recently, said that she'd decided to quit the band. My first album was released in 1991. The joy of living out on the roads was diminishing. So I opted not to play around anymore, and instead step down. The band was originally fronted by Johan Liiva who was replaced by German singer Angela Gossow in 2000. John Farnham's 1986 hit song You're the Voice, was a huge hit for Australia, Ireland and UK.
