Simone Biles (born on March 14th, 1997 in Columbus, Ohio U.S.A.) American Gymnast widely regarded as one of the greatest athletes. Biles grew up at Spring Texas in the Houston metropolitan area after her and her sister Adria had been adopted by grandparents Ronald Biles and Nellie Biles. Simone began to take an interest in gymnastics when she was just six during a day-care field trip at Bannon's Gymnastix and stayed there for 11 years, under the guidance of her coach Aimee Boorman. Biles was awarded a gold medal in floor exercises and also a bronze in vault during the Women's Junior Olympic National Championships in 2010 before breaking into the top level of gymnastics in the year 2011. Two years after that Biles had a dominating performance in the sport. Biles was notable for her consistently high performance and exuberant personality as well as the difficult routines she performed at the four events she competed in including vaulting, uneven bars and balance beam.
