Her debut single Here in 2015 when she was 19 years old. It was a huge success and was praised by critics and listeners alike. In the Canadian Hot 100, and Billboard Hot 100, ranked it as 19. Even Rolling Stone named the hit one of the Best Songs in 2015. In the same year, she released the album she titled Know It All, the track Scars to Your Beautiful ranked in the Billboard Hot 100 and Canadian Albums Chart Billboard 200. The track was also one of the original five songs. According to an interview Cara did with Rap Up, the track had lots in the minds of many of the listeners who related to her personal story of accepting and loving yourself. Cara's songs include messages of kindness as well as self-love and mental wellbeing. Her inspiration for her music is derived from her own struggle to overcome mental health problems as well as insomnia. In a Reuters interview, she described the album as being half turbulent and half well-crafted. Therapy helped her grow and advises people to seek help if necessary. Alessia Cara is a Canadian performer who was born on July 11 1996 to parents from Italian heritage. When she was just 10 years old, her parents bought her a guitar which became the starting point of her love for music.
